Delete Your Account

Summary: You can delete your Repetra account and all associated data directly in the app, or by emailing us. Deletion starts a 30-day recovery window, after which your data is permanently and irreversibly removed.

How to delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way to delete your Repetra account and data:

  1. Open the Repetra app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is immediately deactivated and enters a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.

If you can't access the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify ownership and process the request, and we respond within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When deletion completes, we permanently remove all personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Your account profile — email, display name, username, bio, and avatar.
  • All decks and cards you created, and any content you published.
  • Your review history, learning progress, streaks, and statistics.
  • Your daily goals and app preferences.
  • Push notification tokens registered to your account.
  • Any media (e.g. cached audio) tied to your account.
  • Optional analytics identifiers linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • 30-day recovery window: After you request deletion, your data is held in a soft-deleted state for 30 days so you can recover your account if you change your mind.
  • Permanent deletion: After 30 days, all of the data listed above is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
  • Limited legal exceptions: We do not retain your personal data after permanent deletion, except where we are legally required to keep limited records (for example, transaction and tax records). Payment and subscription records are held by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play), not by Repetra.

A note on subscriptions

Deleting your Repetra account does not automatically cancel an active Pro or Pro+AI subscription, because subscriptions are billed and managed by the app stores. To cancel, manage your subscription in your Google Play account settings (or your Apple App Store account on iOS) before or after deleting your account.
